NEWS IN THE STEEL SERIES
Steel Series has always represented excellence in terms of strength and durability. The new chain 42 LC is made of zinc-plated high-resistance steel, and it’s provided with aluminium protective cover plates. A real demonstration of our highest quality standards.
A new solution for the market
The main feature of this new product is the inner height of 129 mm; this size adds a new solution to the existing 40LC, which is characterized by a 104,5mm-inner height.
Easy weight, maximum durability
The equilibrium between weight and performance is a very challenging topic in the heavy industry. With a weight as just 24 kg/m, the encumbrance when installed on machinery is minimum while the performance is enhanced. The 42LC adds more, but weighs less.
Aluminium cover plates
Our technical department applied the aluminium cover plates solution also to the new model 42LC. This add on provides additional protection in challenging and particular conditions. In heavy-duty applications and in all those sector requiring a totally closed solution, our 42LC steel chain becomes the option which perfectly suits to the situation and protects utilities from scratches and extreme temperatures.
Wide range of solutions
42LC chain is available with a bend radius ranging from 400mm upwards. This minimum radius guarantees the total protection of the utilities. As for all our steel chains, on request, chain width can me defined by the millimeter, and sidebands can be manufactured in stainless steel AISI 316L, for applications in highly corrosive environments.

REDESIGN: 326SU
The Sliding Series 326 Chains has been redesigned: with the new version, the chain link and the frame support are moulded in a single piece, and no screws are required anymore. As a result, the chain is more compact, robust and light, with many advantages from both a duration and sustainability point of view.
Last but not least, there are concrete improvements in the production process: the merge of two components led to faster assembly and delivery times.
New length for the 325L
Given growing new exigencies in the market, we expanded the range of our Light Series 325 with a new measure of the inner width: the chain is now available with 125mm. This size has been developed to be for vertical and long-stroke applications. A step forward was also taken to enhance our production capacity: in order to ensure the maximum efficiency and maintain the high quality standards as always, this series has now a dedicated production line, which brigns faster and more efficient handling of orders.
Universal nylon end brackets type AN307
The universal nylon end brackets for Heavy chain 307 are the last innovation we introduce this month.
The great versatility of this product spares customers the necessity to specify end brackets configuration and simplifies both design and order processing.
The new end brackets are much lighter and smaller than the previous ones, yet with no compromise on robustness. They are the ideal choice for any design requirement.
