In this article, we will examine some technical aspects in greater detail, and introduce the models and accessories availableto deliver customised solutions.
MULTIFLEX® 3D ROBOTIC CHAIN
The Multiflex® 3D Robotic Chain is our chain for handling multiple axes, suitable for application on robots and machining centres. Thanks to a simple assembling system, it can be shortened and lengthened as needed (watch the tutorial here). What sets it apart is its fully closed design, which provides complete protection against chips. The opening covers make it easy to insert hoses and cables and quickly carry out a targeted inspection.
An extensive range of options and accessories, specifically designed to meet the requirements of customers and their machines, complement the Multiflex chain.
MODELS OF THE MULTIFLEX RETRACTION SYSTEM
A distinguishing feature of the MRS is that it can be adapted to a wide range of dimensions, which makes it extremely versatile. Here is a list of the models available in our catalogue:
- MRSC70: Retraction system with corrugated conduits, 70 mm diameter. Cased and uncased versions available.
- MRSM65: Retraction system for the Multiflex® chain. Cased and uncased versions available.
- MRSC52: Retraction system for corrugated sheath, 52 mm diameter. Cased and uncased versions available.
- MRSC36: Retraction system for corrugated conduits, 36 mm diameter. Uncased version available.

SUPPLEMENTARY ACCESSORIES FOR THE MRS
The MRS can be installed on machinery with ease and flexibility by combining it with the range of universal installation brackets. Whatever the model of anthropomorphic robot, we supply a special bracket that perfectly adapts to the size and dimensions of your machine.
We also offer a series of ‘tennis rackets’ for fixation on the robot’s sixth axis, designed to ensure that the MRS is safely installed.

Installation brackets
By simply providing the robot model, we can supply a suitable bracket that fits the size and dimensions of the machine. Our technical department will analyse each specific request in detail, to deliver a customised high-quality result.

‘Tennis rackets’
‘Tennis rackets ’ are used to fix the system on the robot’s sixth axis.
As with brackets, all you need to do is tell us your robot model, and we will provide you with the specific product you need.
Several options are included in the catalogue and, with the assistance of our technical department, we are also at your disposal to study special cases and design customised solutions.

In the robotics industry, installing components can be a challenging task. In order to make installation easy, we have developed a range of accessories to enhance the performance of the Multiflex® chain.

- Accessories for locking and sliding
