After having met her at the EMO in Hannover, Weber Hydraulik GmbH decided to use a closed nylon cable chain of Brevetti Stendalto for a current maintenance operation instead of a cable conduit as they had chosen in the past.
Maintenance manager Andreas Schuller said: "To replace a cable conduit we could calculate about a full day of machine stop. By using a nylon cable chain, on the other hand, we greatly reduce the stop, because the exchange of individual parts only takes a short time, but more importantly, we do not even have to disconnect the cables from the machine anymore." The maintenance was very urgent and Weber Hydraulik and the Brevetti Stendalto have agreed on an expedition of the nylon chain with an aluminum cover to be assembled directly with the customer. It was the first supply to Weber Hydraulik, Brevetti's external service was provided by the customer to support the assembly of the chain. Alessandro Bubola begins this way: "Clearly this is not the rule. But I am very proud that our external sales service is so competent that it can support the customer even in these cases. This is an added value that our customers appreciate and we can be proud of ".
